Dreamtime

What purpose do our dreams serve? Do you wake up confused? Do you wake up scared? Have you had the same dream, or the same type of dream, on a recurring basis? Why is this happening, and what control do you have over it?

The first thing that we need to remember is that our dreams are the gateway between our conscious thoughts and out unconscious thoughts. They can bring us solutions to problems using information that we know only on an unconscious, or subconscious level. Our dreams act to bring balance to body, mind, and spirit, and to help us heal ourselves.

Our dreams reflect the concerns and stresses of our daytime life - in other words, they reflect what is going on in our life. It is not unusual for people or places from our daytime lives to come into our dreams. Sometimes they represent themselves, sometimes they are symbolic of something, or someone, else in your life. Dreams that are repetitious are indicating that there is some area of our life that has not been resolved, that there is something in our lives that we have not been willing to confront.

In case you think that you are not dreaming, you more than likely are! What is happening is that you are not remembering the dreams. You can ask, just before you go to sleep, to remember your dreams, and you will. Note: During times of high stress it may be difficult to remember your dreams, even when you want to.

Each individual's dreams are interpreted through their own life experiences. Your psychic reading will help you to determine if your dream is real (i.e. everything and everybody in the dream is exactly what or who they are), or symbolic (one or more of the elements of the dream represents something or someone else in the dreamers life). You will focus on what the dream means to you, and why it came to you - what the lesson is, and what actions you are to take to bring about resolution.
